A recruiter from that company expressed interest in me for a general management position at McMaster-Carr. Anyone know about this program? From what it looks like, I'd be managing factory workers that are much older than me. (I'm 24). Thanks.

I've never worked for them but have several friends that did/do. I've only heard good things about the company regarding pay, bonuses, educational opportunities.

All this is 2nd hand mind you and 7 to 10 years ago.

Default It has been great for me

I started with McMaster a couple years after school and have had a great experience. They have respected my ideas, given me opportunities to manage in many different areas of the company, and supported my personal and professional goals. I hope that you give it a shot. I think you'll be surprised.
