Female on male sexual harassment (employees, interviewed, employers, job)

So anyway, my job has a very high number of female employees and only a few males. Infact, the entire management team is female. Most of them are pretty attractive, and on many occasions, they try to use their "feminine charm" to try to "encourage" male employees, if you know what I mean.
For example, on more than one occasion, a supervisor has asked me to stay behind and work extra hours, but not before brushing up against me and running her hand through the hair on the back of my head saying "Oh my God, I love your hair, BLJ! It's so soft!" On another occasion, she sneaked up behind me and was sniffing my neck, saying "Oh wow, I love your cologne today. By the way, do you want to stay behind and help me close today?"
If a guy agrees, she'll lead him to the department by hugging his arm, holding it against the side of her breast (she knows what she's doing.)
If a guy refuses, another woman will hug him from behind around the waist saying "No! Please don't go! I need you!"
I don't particularly mind, nor do the few other guys. It's all in good fun, though I wonder how some of the female employees would react if a male superior did the same thing.
I'm just wondering, if I ever got into a conflict with my employers, could I ever pull the "sexual harassment" card as a bargaining chip or no?
Yeah, I interviewed at Hydril and the Boss was a pretty enough white chick who even flirted with me in the interview... I think she used her feminine wiles to be the Dept Boss!
As a guy employee, I'd just live with female on men sexual harassment!
Wheelsup hit the nail on the head. But no one's answered the OP's question. I think it depends what the conflict is, and if the 'female touching' is relevant or not.
I would think some of the men would want to start touching back, and I wonder if these women would be OK with that.
Dude I totally want this job. I love this kind of thing, if you or anyone report this, you will get beaten up by the MRC (male review committee) Also I would volunteer at this job. I love incidental breast contact. I think chicks really dont care about IBC, only complete groping in public.
