I agree 100%. Companies are starting to use Twitter to get the word out about open jobs. It's free and people spread the word in seconds.

Exactly....while it may not be for everyone...it's a quick search into a new resource that companies are really beginning to use. Major metro areas are seeing large increases but it also depends on who you follow.

There are some companies who are only posting jobs on Twitter right now.

I think it is kind of funny to put a job description in 140 characters or less but it is definitely happening!

Usually they will put title, location and link to their own website where the full job description is located.
