Ask your boss how you can improve your performance, and do it.

Sorry but illness is not an excuse to make errors repeatedly day after day. Sure, we all have bad days and make mistakes, but you need to be able to do your job right most of the time. You may have the right to request reasonable accommodation if you do have a disability (ex. a hearing impaired person might need a telephone amplifier; a person with a back injury might need a special cushion for their chair). If you don't feel well, talk to your doctor about it; your employer does not want to hear about it. If you keep reminding everyone of how bad you feel by complaining and making mistakes, you will get fired.

If you did get fired, why do you feel that you won't be able to get another job because of your "medical condition?" I'm not trying to be mean, but when you say that, it sounds like you've already decided you can't work at all. You might be better off working part time, so if you don't feel well you will have a shorter day and more time to rest.

My problem is not that I will not want to work but that I am in pain 24/7. When you're in pain you are not in the good mood and all you do is thinking what to do to stop the pain. I used to work during the day and go to school at night and work part time between the school until I got sick. Then I had to cut down as not to overextend my body which quit supporting me.
This new boss implement her way of dealing with people. It seam that she only knows one way of managing: 1) verbal warning, 2) written warning, 3) suspension, 4) fired.
When she started she definitelly cleaned the house! She just fired last girl about a month or two ago. But it seams to me that you get written up only if our client includes her on a not so pleasent email. She said that if they contact her "she must take action" - so these are the actions she takes. I was written up first time when I just got a new client and she was still wanting me work my old clients. I was working 4 at that time and normally we work only 2. My 2nd writte up was when I got infection and didn't return back to work after seeing doc - that also resulted in unexused absence - I believe this is and was the most ridiculous! 3rd when I though that the forms attached with our paperwork are for a whole year. The signer on these forms moved to different location and I didn't get new sheets signed by the replacement. My client was upset that I send them all the work to be approved. Then when we discussed the reason that I need signatures because the first person is not there anymore client said that they "will never in a million years think that all these forms became invalid if the person moves". But the damage was done by the first upset email client sent which I guess prompted my boss to "take action" - write me up. I really do not feel that I am making many mistakes morelike that these are normal things that can be easily explained and/or corrected and are part of life/business. I see more that the problem here is that management doesn't want to have any issues to deal with and specially they want to "look good" so it seem like we get the military regime and punishment when something goes wrong.
I really do not want to be fired when someone sends an upset email as I really do not have any control over it. And I also believe that it is better to find another job while you are employed than after you have been fired over nonsense. But now the job market is not really blossoming.
Any imput .....

Can you believe at my company we had a woman that quit 3 yrs. ago and this past summer tried to sue our department for back injuries substained on the job! she had a SIT DOWN job! Our department Director said she was seeking $15,000 but would settle out of court for $5,000? I guess she was about to get her Caddy repo'd! What the hell is wrong with people???

Exactly as I predicted!
Yesterday I found out that I was told one thing and client another. My client send me what they received from my bosses and I showed to them black on white! First, they were lost for words and then they tried to give me bunch of BS. I was very, very upset last night!
This morning they moved me to a different place claiming that it is going to be better for my medical condition. They moved me from rain to mud! After giving me again bunch of BS they slipped and I said "finally the truth is coming up" but I still didn't get to keep my old place. I definitely do not like to be mistreated!
Since when is it ok for bosses to lie and mistreat you?
How do you get your boss to change his idea/ decision on moving (or else) you?

I do not know where you work but this is def not healthy environment. Well, the thing is that there are not many places where you can find healthy environment. Smth is not right..always..
It seems to me that you really need this job. I can understand that. Under current market condition, if you need a job, you sit and do what they want you to do - no complains..Because you can be out next day and will not be able to find anything in X months..hopefully, not years..Again, do not know your field..If you do not need this job or can find smth similar very quickly, I would quit. This is not healthy plus in this environment you will never suceed... Again do not know your situation...

It my job it was always either too hot or too cold. We asked to change it - well usually nothing was done..What can you do?? I had a heater - some people complained that it was too loud. I tried to use it just ocationally...usually when people are not on the phone..
