Seeking information/thoughts on (employment, office, relocating, electrician)

I am seeking information and opinions on the economy in Ohio. Seriously considering relocating back to Ohio but have alot of fears as to the state of the employment sector there. I know Ohio has lost alot of manufacturing jobs. However, the economy is just bad all over the place.

My husband is an electrician and I do office work. I am thinking of smaller type towns with access to employment such as in Canton, etc.

Anyone with info, please share. Thanks so much.
