So no amount of training can fix this issue. It is a personal issue…but appears to be impacting every aspect of life…she takes meds she does better.
Such a touchy subject…friend or family member type discussion.
Meanwhile it trickles over to your life. Good that you have the leverage. I think I have leverage as well. I like my position - I want to stay but I’ve started looking elsewhere.
Our culture like I said passive don’t rock the boat I’ve been there seven years I’ve yet to be in a meeting where a strong difference of opinion or argument was had and I see poor work behavior everywhere and it’s just swept under the rug and avoided.
