One year off after giving birth??? OMG where do you live? We get 2-3 months off and then back to work.
I transferred to less physically demanding floor, and I liked it but it is definitely a step backwards for me. More independent patients for sure but the floor itself is huge with tons of walking (but that doesn't bother me). Have to choose your priorities, I guess.
