I get so many emails from recruiters that start off with "Urgent requirement for...". I know from experience there is nothing urgent about the requirement. They just want to be the first ones I submit someone with the Job ID before anyone else does.
What I don't like about this, is that it makes people think they are going to fast-track hiring someone for this position and it doesn't mean that at all. They will still take a month or so to setup an interview. It isn't like you get this "Urgent requirement for..." on Monday and you have an offer in a day or two.
Makes me want to write back to tell them, claiming they weren't fast enough, because I was just hired for this position by another recruiter 10 minutes ago.

The only people I see calling anything an "urgent requirement" are from India. I ignore all Indian recruiters. You should too; all they do is waste your time.
"Well, if they really have an Urgent Requirement for my skill set, I'm sure they'll be happy to pay 20% over the going rate, and bump my vacation to the same as 15 years seniority, right?"

I have a large and constantly-growing list of domains in my blacklist that are these sort of bottom-feeding headhunters.
It’s the keyword that helps to weed out those “spam recruiters”.
“Subject: Urgent Requirement
Hello, jelenap!!
My Name is Kumar and I am a Sr. Technical/Professional Recruiter with Blah Blah Solutions Inc. We have a position for ... with our direct client in a state very far away. If you are available and interested in the below opportunity, please send me a copy of your updated resume along with your contact details (because, even though I already have your email, I suffer from rare condition that causes selective loss of information)”
(followed by a job description that has nothing to do with my skills)
What's worse is when you get the same "urgent" email for the same position from three different people from the same company: One from Alok, one from Ganesh and one from Promod. Sometimes I will get even a fourth from Raj, if they are really desperate for a commission. And as usual, it's got nothing to do with my skillset, and it's for a 1 month contract in some god forsaken place like Minot, North Dakota and candidate must work onsite full time. <sigh>
"PLZZZZZZ talk to me so I can submit you. I'm about to get my second single digit commission check and my landlord wants to throw me out for not paying my rent on time. PLZZZZZZZZZZZ, I don't want to flip hamburgers to get a raise!!!!"
