Gotta tell you about my friend. She's been at her job for 2 years. During that time, she's seen 17 people leave (many hired after her). They they offered her a "promotion" to a whole new position stating she'll be mentored, etc. Then after a month, they transferred her boss elsewhere so she's now 100% on her own. Her original department all quit so they got rid of the dept. They're going to do away with her job too, she's thinking of staying until they lay her off with severance pay.

but hey, opportunities. right? LOL

Oh that is BAD. I hope it's a lot of severance pay.

If so many quit at the same time, see how long you can tolerate it. Maybe if you stick with them long enough, you'll find out why they quit.

How many more red flags do you need?

Zero - I literally was waiting for the health insurance to kick in - I'm hoping I can find something else before I leave because I actually need income, but even more than that I need to be able to get COBRA. Maybe next week, sigh

This thread reminded me to ask about the enrollment for health insurance when I return tomorrow for my 2nd day.
