The nerve of your company! How dare they want you to have goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-based? And then they want your performance evaluated by the results of these specific goals? WHAT?!??!??! Oh, the insanity!!!!!
The worst complaint I have about HR is posting a job they already know who has the job. And I've benefited from this, but still don't think it is right. Being told to wait a few weeks and don't say anything because they "have" to keep the posting up for 14 days before they announced my promotion. Didn't seem fair to the people who applied in good faith, but were just wasting their time.
