Does anyone have any book recommendations where after reading, it really made a difference and helped you find your ideal career, a career that you finally realized was more than a paycheck, and gave you that drive, which you otherwise would not have found if you didn't read the book. Or, any career programs, internet based or in person, that you'd recommend as well if the goal is to discover where your strengths and weaknesses are.
Many people have liked "What Color is your Parachute." If you google it, there is information and even online "tests" (I saw them, but haven't used them so can't attest to their authenticity) you can take to help you find a direction. I have read parts of the book and found them helpful, but I haven't read the entire thing.
