I would play it safe and go business casual. Perhaps, a dress shirt, slacks and sports jacket (no tie) if you're a guy, or business casual dress for a woman. Once you get a feeling of what others wear, dress as you see is appropriate.
Casual often refers to a polo shirt, well fit jeans or pants, and casual shoes. But each company has its own culture. Some companies will let you be extremely casual (t shirt and jeans) while others really mean business casual (collared shirt and khakis).
Pull over shirt (W/or without collar I like collars personally) NO LOGO type...Striped or solid... black, gray or khaki plants. Tennis shoes (I wear black ones)
I am female. I checked on their glassdoor reviews and people have said it's a super casual wear environment unless there are clients which we are told in advance. Should I still play it safe?
Its hard to go wrong with skinny pants in a dark color, silk blouse and flats.
