Anyone do house keeping for senior living places? How does the job work, was it worth it, was it hard, was it easy? I am thinking of working at one of these places, since I know how to clean really well, organize etc. But I have never house kept such a big place, like a senior home.

I guess it depends on what the place is specifically, corporate or otherwise. I have not cleaned at a senior center but I have cleaned at two different places (a laid back retreat center and a corporate hotel), and I can tell you there are HUGE differences. Retreat center was great to work for, hotel is hell!

It completely depends on the personality of the bosses, if the place has a union, and try and see if it has a high turnover rate. What I can tell you is- these places are wildcards, especially if they are not owned by a larger franchise.

I guess as long as you get along with old people and do your job well you should be ok. Just pray they don't time you on how fast you clean, nothing will mess you up faster... good luck, I hope you get what you are looking for!
