No, it's none of our business and frankly, I would be upset if management told me. That means if it happened to me, they'd be blabbing to my coworkers about it. Very unprofessional.
I don't expect to know why somebody got fired.
However, I'd like to know if somebody I work with was no longer with the project, as I'd be left sending emails to an account that won't get read, voice mails that won't get checked, and otherwise waiting on deliverables from others so I could get to my part of the tasking. I may need to update the folks around me about changes in schedule due to folks being out, for good.
Company's are just so full of them selves..
Last company I worked for patted them self constantly on the back, the employer was family and a friend.. I drove 11 years for Lucas oil. the last 9 1/2 year in the same truck, never broke down, always on time and made almost the most money. Never refused going anywhere, and so on.
Got a hearth attack with complication and spend 9 weeks in the hospital. Never got a card, flowers, nothing... not a phone call. 3 months later I found out I quit myself... Wat was not true, but the insurance was stopped. They could have called me.....
Did write the owner a letter, but mister big mouth never answered......
I will never understand this. And right now don't want too anymore, so, got that of my chest...
