Workforce...For many of us the lightbulb comes on after we have spent years earning degrees we rather not have or just want something else because the satisfaction is not there.
I am an RN with a BSN. Also I have a bachelors in business. I will be a Nurse Practitioner when I get into school.
If I could turn back time.....I would of majored in a foreign language and minored in biological sciences. Then maybe becoming a Pharm D.

Good post, I would have tried harder in school and double majored in political science/communications.
I probably would have pursued pharmacy as that was my school's specialty. Good pay/benefits, normal business hours, fairly low stress and it could lead to bigger/better positions than just retail.
I wouldn't go if I could have done it over again. I would have entered into an electrician apprenticeship and started my own business. College isn't the only way to make a buck.
So many choices nowadays. I would skip nursing and do any of the following:
IT, Environmental studies, Accounting, then create my own business.
