well not all the time but especially something that disrupts you after hours and ruins your weekend and holiday and or just doing something illegal?

I've never been asked by a boss to do anything illegal but if they did ask me, I wouldn't have any trouble saying no.

I typically would say "Instead of doing that I am going to be looking for another job"

A question like, "How you compensate for over time ?" works well.

I have a hard time saying no to my boss but if she were asking me to do something illegal (unless she wanted me to get her some weed or something like my last boss) I would have no problem saying no.
