This is the type of economy the employers wanted (employees, average, profit)

An employer's market where they can call the shots, make the rules, pay anyone what they want since they know its so much more difficult to find work these days.. Get the best personnel for the CHEAPEST price, make it extremely difficult for job hunters to find work. Companies making record profits all over the place yet none of the wealth is being more distributed and at best, the employees maybe get some table scraps out of the deal or a little lousy 1-2 percent wage.
And for those with steady income its stagnating wages forever unless you get to the top of the heap (where there becomes less and less opportunities as you move up the ladder
Why is there not a true revolution being fought on the home front of america to stop this? Employees need to take back power. Yet no one is doing so.

Yes, that's the whole reason for being in business, making money. Not giving it away to people by overpaying employees. There have been times such as the mid 90s when the competition for good people created a bidding war for salaries and benefits, and that still happens some in the bigger tech companies, but for the most part those days are gone. Will that happen again? I don't know, but doubt it, technology and outsourcing means fewer jobs long term, but there may be some better news when the youngest boomers start to retire in 10-15 years.

The leverage for that went away when outsourcing became so feasible. If domestic workers won't do the job cheaply enough, employers can move the work to another country where it can be done more cheaply.
Now we are turning into a society of haves and have-nots. Of course the haves are going to condemn the have-nots when it's the haves THEMSELVES who are preventing the have-nots from prospering. The american economy is being destroyed by a broken and corrupt hiring process that is keeping millions of people out of work. It's designed to weed people out, not put people to work. It's all focused on elimination instead of actually hiring somebody.

Outsourcing means a more efficient workforce. The United States has always strived on efficiency and it's what(one of many reasons) made our economy such a superpower in the world. Outsourcing creates individuals that are well trained and skilled (typically in one or a few things).... as opposed to individuals that are unemployable. In the long run, outsourcing will continue to keep our economy as efficient as possible.

An economy where employers cannot find enough qualified candidates is far from ideal for anyone, including employers.
So, the last time you did your taxes, did you hire two people to do it to keep more people employed?
Did you pay $300 for a plumber of similar quality, when the other 6 in the area were only charging $200?
The American people are the "haves". They are the 1% of the world. Globalization puts pressure that is dragging the average American down to the level of most of the rest of the world. America was the only un-wrecked power on Earth, and was able to set up the most effective form of empire in world history with the U.s Dollar as the centerpiece. You say you want to take from the "haves" and give to the "have nots", right? Be careful what you wish for.
Now those countries are back. It's not a unipolar world any longer. We need to compete as a nation, and you need to compete as an individual. Everyday.
Learn how to compete. Become good at what you do.
