one of my great perks is, I been there so long, i don't have to talk to my boss. I have seen or talk to him in eight years. I get emails from the secretary of where to go and contact person. I haven't been to my office in eight years. I work out in the field about 100 miles from office. I email my paperwork in and paycheck direct deposit

Free use of gym, very inexpensive cafeteria, and free haircuts.

The downside is all the inmates.

Some more:

10/ Company issued Apple iPhone, with tethering (I use this as my internet back-up at home, if my home internet should go down. The cell phone discount I mentioned earlier is used against my personal cell phone.)
11/ 15 paid vacation days, unlimited sick time, 11 paid holidays
12/ Company issued laptop and iPad
13/ Free gym onsite (I rarely go to the office, so this perk is useless to me.)
14/ Carpool + rideshare incentives
15/ Free coffee, bottled water, soft drinks, juices

most of my previous companies had little to no perks.

small consulting company - free sodas. i loved this.

big consulting company - not really a perk but we travelled a lot so we had decent per diem and billing. i ate out almost every day for every meal and rarely paid out of pocket for anything when i worked there. basically 100% of my paycheck went into paying back old debts, student loans, etc.

small software company - free sodas. free snacks.

another small software company - free breakfast and lunch every week or so.

big internet company - decent picnic in the summer and ok holiday party. no free sodas though.

big internet company (where i work now) - i don't want to give it away but this place is absolutely crazy in it's perks. free food, free sodas, free barista bars, 401k matching, etc. practically everything is free around here.

2. 5 weeks off

4. free drinks
5. flexible schedule (basically only worked in the office 28 hrs/ a week but got paid f/t)
6. excellent health benefits. that sadly has changed.

1. Remote working
2. Cheaper or "free" health insurance is a definite perk
3. Lots of vacation time
4. Pension, don't have one of those and probably won't ever get one. Just to add: a pension is a benefit and not a perk, really.
