Don't be coy. You are posting for a reason, give us the details.
You are out of work? For how long? What kind of jobs have you done? What region are you in?
Been out of work since april-ish. Ive done all types of work...hard manual labor all the way to office jobs. Northeast region. I'm in mid 20s btw. I thought about doing that couchsurfing thing while looking for work but I dont know.

Have unemployment benefits run out? Always contact them to extend them. A friend of mine who was out of work for a much longer time was able to keep getting benefits extended.
What kind of job are you looking to do now? Don't say anything, because that's not helpful to make recommendations.
Its over. Im broke with no job. I'm auctioning off my posessions as we speak then im off to live under a bridge for the winter.
Here's some hard lessons kids:
Dont get a 4 year degree, instead, opt for an associates in an in demand field..
Never take out a loan. Pay cash for everything...
Never leave a paying job no matter how much you hate it..
Don't ever move to the middle of nowhere with not a job opportunity in sight..
Save as much money as possible..
Welp theres my tidbits of advice. Adhere to the words above and you will not become a broke loser. (And possibly homeless)
P.s.-If you do find yourself with the possibility of becoming homeless this winter...just laugh because thats about all you can do.
I am sorry you have had such a run of bad luck. You did not give many details, but I assume you have exhausted all of your options. In the mean time, I think you have learned some very interesting lessons. Here is some thoughts I wanted to contribute.
Dont get a 4 year degree, instead, opt for an associates in an in demand field. This really depends on the degree. Some degrees can pretty much protect you from the types of problems you are having. However, the point is make sure the degree you are getting will get you a decent job.
Never take out a loan. Pay cash for everything... Very, very good advice. Staying out of debt is a great lesson.
Never leave a paying job no matter how much you hate it. Again, great advice!
Don't ever move to the middle of nowhere with not a job opportunity in sight. This sounds like you have an interesting story. Why would you move to the middle of nowhere without a job? I am guessing you have family or something???
Save as much money as possible.. Like your advice about debt, this is great advice!
