Zero OT for me is my preference. Sometimes it has to go into OT a little due to circumstances, but this is always kicked back as credit time for me to use later.

I prefer zero OT because 40 hours is what the work week is, outside specific examples (like a late concrete pour, emergency, unexpected project overrun, a unique request, etc), going into OT, especially as a routine, is an example of poor resource management in my opinion. It is not like it is some surprise how many hours a work week is.

OP do you mean unpaid OT or paid OT? Theres a big difference lol. At some points in my life I would have been perfectly fine working 80 hours a week as long as I was paid for it. Now Id rather be with my family.
