My first job was a paper route at age ten.
Baby sitting in my teens along with trail guiding at a stable and worked at a pet shop taking care of the animals.
In high school I became a custodian at night full time while going to school. It paid me way more money then my friends working at McDonalds.
I Kept that job after graduating from high school and drove a school bus at age 21 along with working my cleaning job.
Went to California and became a bum for awhile.
Moved back home and worked cleaning schools again and started a house cleaning business under the table. Also had a brief stent selling something illegal.
Started my own insurance business at 26 and quickly rose to the top ten in sales for the district that covered four states.
Met John at 27 and decided that having a life was more important. Went back to school and became a Respiratory Therapist. My insurance business paid for school.
Started investing in real estate and mutual funds and became self made at forty six. I just finished working my second pm/night double in a row. Workaholics never change do they? It doesn't matter what you have to do to keep that money rolling in, whether you need it or not. It's all about the fix.
