I need urgent help!!!
I was employed as a casual worker in a business organization, the lady told me that its a trail work if we find you are doing good then we will employ you else we will pay you according to time spend*17$ and some cents.
After I started working there , the lady abused me my saying wrong words to me in my native language, and she suppress me mentally, after working for 2 days I realized that if I continue to work there I will be mentally upset.
After a week I told lady I cant work more here.I worked for 27 hours. What should I do if they don't pay me. They have not given me any written contract. But I have recorded their voice as well as I have the time-sheet which i used to sign. Should I provide my tfn number to them or not?
Surely you are in this country legally, correct? Either a US citizen or here on a workers visa? I am sure you are. But wouldn't it be crazy if some one here illegally wanted laws to work for them when it is beneficial to them, yet totally disregarded other laws, such as the right to be here and work in this country?
