She may have poor people skills, but it sounds like you are not very good at the work they hired you to do.

To answer upon my big mistake, i printed out billable hours but did not print out non billable hours for all of the clients. Again this was my first attempt at the report alone! I clearly learned my lesson and if they asked me to do it again I will not make the same mistake twice.

On my first attempt at a A/R report it took me a day and a half
2nd attempt 2.5 hours
3rd attempt which was today took me 1.5 hours

With that being said I see improvement in my work and again...I have only been here for 1 month and 2 weeks.....

I have a micromanager who is also just simply dumb. It's a terrible situation to be in. You should look for another job, there's no winning in this situation for you. I've been in my role for two years, and my micromanaging supervisor is still just as terrible as she has always been. I avoid her at all costs.
