I would (if feasible and not if you've been at the current job less than 2 years) beginning looking for something else. Do not quit until you find another job, but I think it's reasonable to not want to stay in this environment. If this is a recent new job, I think you have to look at your long-term future. Hopping from one thing to the next on a short term basis won't look good on your resume and I would find a way to suck it up in the moment and look forward to X date in time when you'll have been there long enough that leaving won't look like you're job hopping or that you can't get along with people.
