My friend managed to find a job as a dental assistant at this dental office, working as a trial person to see if the doctor likes her and will hire her for reals. So last Friday she had gone to talk to the hiring manager and that manager literally tells her well we have another girl coming in because we're still trying out other people and this new girl has more experience, so the lady says she will call her with a yes or no answer.
So now the schooling she went too, Everest College is sending her bills and phone calls telling her she needs to pay her May bill of $130 and she can't afford more than $20 a month. Now the school is bugging her constantly again and again.
What can she do? What should she do? Can she take the school to court? Because this school says that they will get a job when they don't.
If she hasn't paid her bill, it's more likely the school will sue her than she would need to sue them. The Wikipedia page on that school suggests they haven't been entirely on the up-and-up about employment in the past, but she'd need a lawyer for a real answer on what she can do about it.

Yes she does owe the money but she is making monthly payments they're just $20 a month because she can't afford anymore, she doesn't have a job and can only afford to pay only $20.

Surely the $130 minimum was stated in a loan agreement letter when she signed up for their school.
What she can pay is of no legal consequence.the original agreement is.
