A person could rent out a lot or back yard this way,
and have parties with different themes
or different sports Stock car races, football, baseball, etc.
to watch on open large screan made of sheets.
birth day parties, picknicks, BBQ's, Pig roasts etc ... the possibilities are endless ! ! ! ...

Might be a good idea for city dwellers with limited space. Where I live, people have acres and acres of land...why would they come to my yard?
