This has been a problem with the pipeline companies as well. Just amazes me that folks would rather get high than have a 6 figure job.

I love how you can get drunk after work and it is kosher, but if you get stoned after work you are not employable. Epic lame.

Getting drunk at work is an automatic firing at every place I've worked or had experience with, and could lead to criminal charges in some cases.
