I have an interview with the hiring manager of a company I used to work for. It isn't in the same department nor the same manager, but is the same position more senior than the one I left. From reading the job description, it doesn't appear that the job has changed much in four years, just different projects. What type of questions can I ask the interviewer, since pretty much, I am familiar with the job and the company? I'd hate to not have any questions for the interviewer besides asking whether this is an addition to staff or a replacement.
