Ditto ... My charities are not the ones that my employer would sponsor but they are my first priorities. I usually will purchase a fund raising item - such as the cute little beanie babies for March of Dimes fundraisers but that's about it.

That is wrong ... The company wants to look good by donating huge sums of money, they should fund it from the top ... Regular employees should never feel pressured to give to a charity just to boost their company's image ... Giving to charity should come from the heart.
