I know, the fake smiles and the fake friendliness really get to me. The women in offices are the worst. I've heard this one little witch gossip about me behind my back (they try whispering, but it's a small office) and then a couple of minutes later ask me how my day is going with this big smile on her face.

Yes, fake smiles and backstabbing minutes after they smiled at you is a real big form of office conflict in my offices. People HATE each other but will smile and smile. It reminds me of this song:
