At first I thought it was just my company, but I'm hearing this with several people at a new job, I also see/hear it on TV when watching people speak, typically from Corporate America....I mean, it's *EVERYWHERE* now!!! I would liken this to a nervous tick or a form of Tourette's. It is so odd to me that people will hear something and literally copy it into their own, personal vernacular.
