I live in NY. Was laid off in May 2010 filed in May 2010. Collected benefits until June 2010 got a new job then wSlaid off again in October 2010, reopened my claim and now have gone through the entire claim am recieving my last check tommorow. Will I move into Teir 2 EUC when I claim on Sunday or does the break in my claim put me past the exhaust date? Also my benefit year ends on May 22. Does that mean I file a new claim and could I lose my benefits since I worked those couple of months? Thanks for the help
