I'm having the toughest time trying to figure out what I want to go to school for. Practically everyone I know is enrolled in college or university already. I feel so behind. I'm 21 and I still haven't even registered. Right now I'm working full time as a front desk agent at a Holiday Inn. I'm told by many people I'm great at my job. I don't really want to pursue a career in hospitality though. Perhaps something similar, but a little better. However, I do like my job. I'm outgoing and I love being able to talk to and meet all sorts of people. I've tried looking at different careers such as in the medical field (where I could interact with people. nursing, medical assistants, aides, etc) but I can't find one that actually seems to interest me. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Just choose something that will be worth your education, like the Medical field.
There are some personality tests that make recommendations on possible careers. I took one my senior year of high school and it gave me about 15 different careers that would match my interests. You might be able to find some free tests online by searching "career personality test" or something simliar.
Why don't you want to continue in the hospitality field? If you are good at it and somewhat enjoy it, maybe you could manage your own hotel someday. Whatever degree you decide to pursue, find a job in that field and work there (even part time) through college, then you will graduate with years of experience AND a degree. You will be able to enter the workforce with experience when your buddies just have a degree. I did this and watched alot of my buddies work as a waiter or not work at all, and they had zero real world experience upon graduating. It just makes sense.
