donie1, I believe you misunderstood, so I will take this opportunity to clarify the situation. Mary and I work in the same department and on the same team.
At the end of each week, without fail, she would submit her report to our mutual supervisor and CC all her team members. I do the same.
This is not a question of CCing to all departments, therefore your concerns are unfounded.

I still have no idea where you get the idea that she "went off on you" I have read the post several times and the conversation via email was IMO quite civil. What is the big deal so you weren't included move on for heavens sake. By the way if you are as condecending in real life as you were to that last poster no wonder you have problems.

Her questions about cc'ing other people demonstrate that she was flipping out. End of story.

Bingo. You should see his rep comment to me. LOL. He thinks he's the center of the world.

There was no conversation via email. It was instant messenger.

The Homo is right on the money here. There were only a few posters in this thread who were able to correctly interpret the situation, Homo being one of them. However the debate with STT about carbon vs. courtesy copy was lame at best.

This, like the rep comment, is why you have problems.

You're not the arbiter of right and wrong. Your opinion of what is right doesn't matter to anyone on Earth besides you. So when you say 'homo's right', you're implying that you have access to knowledge about right and wrong. That implication is false and, therefore, your assertion reflects arrogance.

Is that intelligable? Have I spelled intelligable correctly?

I think it is VAW's time of the month

VAW, is this the same workplace that you had employment issues a little while ago?

Interacting with someone via email is very different that face-to-face. Maybe she was in a hurry, or just having a bad day.
