I am looking for opinions concerning areas within Sheboygan. We currently reside in Oostburg and both work in Sheboygan. I realize Oostburg is not very far but I would rather not do the commute if I don't have to. Not to mention, water is an arm and a leg. We would save a fortune if we moved into Sheboygan.

I have checked out some areas but appearances can be deceiving.

So not sure if there are areas I definitely should avoid? (I have a particular home I am looking at around N. 9th and superior). We have children and are used to much bigger cities having been from Denver. And lived right outside downtown in heavily ethic areas.

Not sure if there is a section that is more crime influenced or not.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Interested too...in fact considering relocating from Denver area as well. From what I've seen Kohler is nice, but not sure what other areas are around the area.

Default I can tell you - i miss denver

Mexican food and green chile is hard to come by here.

After doing digging... being close to downtown sheboygan is a nice spot if you are younger. Just check the schools which i have done.
