I am hearing speculation Bi-Lo #5168 may be closing in the near future. Its closest compeititor, Ingle's #23, 201 Barber Boulevard, Waynesville, North Carolina 28786-3686, is rebuilding into a new store. ("Ingle's Markets #23, Barber Boulevard, Waynesville, North Carolina.")

It appears tenants at Mountain Creek Plaza are relocating or closing as plans exist to replace the retail center with apartments.
