Is Waynesville significantly different from Asheville? The main draw, I'd imagine, is the mountains? Mountain scenery? Even better than Asheville, or more of the same?

How about compared to Hendersonville?

Also, just general living for Waynesville. Typical smalltown?

the Mountain scenery is Significantly Better in Haywood Co. then Becombe Co.....

Waynesville is Much Smaller, with Less Diversity....but is unfortunately growing...

Tourist Level id say is around the same with Many Many people passing through to get to the NC side of the Great Smoky Mountians National Park and Pisgah National Forest....Also with the Tourist traps such as Maggie Valley and Cherokee very close adds to the congestion.....

typical Day to to Day living is pretty monotonous....eat out at the same places, go to the same places, do the same things....most Recreational places are just far enough that you have to plan a whole day around it in most cases from my experience......Everything is marketed to Tourist....very little for younger people to do.....in HS most people hung out at Walmart(it is a Social event for most)
