Yeah...Canton does smell, especially in the morning and when it rains. It hits me really bad at first, but then I get used to it. I don't get bothered a whole lot by it. Depends on what kind of person you are though. We live in a quiet area outside of the town with beautiful scenery. It is cheap to live here too. I like it. Nobody bugs us, they mind their own business, etc. I think the only things that bother me are the mill smell (when I can smell it) and a lot of times, since we live out of city limits and don't have trash pickup, people get lazy and want to dump their garbage on the road. It makes me sooooo mad. The dump isn't that far and it's free. Don't understand that. Other than those things, we like it.
