Just saw this today. I have to admit, I'm a little stunned that this was the only town from Westchester on the list. I guess the town/village/city distinction was the reason? (No need for the digression about the difference between a town, a village and a hamlet, I've already read it.)

Means nothing...Money Magazine just published their 100 Best Places to Live and the only Westchester towns that ranked were White Plains and New Rochelle. What is their criteria??
