The Whites are hilarious - a living stereotype - yeah - but still downright entertaining, and there's lot of folks like them (maybe not quite so talented or crazy) As to those putting down WV/White-like behavior, I feel safe in 99.5% of WV and WV cities (exceptions being a couple of projects, or dangerously close to a still, meth lab, or MJ crop) - cannot say that about other states/cities.

If you look the right way you can be safe anywhere. if you were a "total mincing fairy" would you still feel safe in 99% of West Virginia? i know I wouldn't. just cause you are missing most of your front teeth and your fingers are yellow with tobacco stains and you can tap a mean dance doesnt mean you will feel safe once you're outside your ol' mountain "holler" and you stop blending in.

Ummm, who seems like fun people? The Whites?
I just now saw this tonight flipping channels and found it disturbing on so many levels. I did not watch it all the way through but was totally disgusted by what I saw. Snorting cocaine at the hospital after giving birth? Then wondering why CPS took the baby (didn't see the end ~ hope they never gave it back). Then her 'mother' took her out to a bar for a night of partying to cheer her up. Mother looks to be at least in her 60's ~ all the while screaming "He!! Yes! Snorting Coke as well and taking god knows what else. OH ~ and so charming to hold your 85 y/o mother down and blow pot smoke in her face while she is near tears.
And the children running around . . . .look what they have to look forward to. A lifetime of selling illegal drugs; jail; addiction; and alcoholism.
Wonderful.
Boone County is Boone County but STILL. I'm from WV but I'm beginning to think I was from a different WV than THAT.
Oh Daaamn! I just started a thread on this crazy-ass movie because I didn't see this one. Pretty wild!
