Thanks DK, we are getting ready to head out on our drive as we speak! We should be leaving Anchorage sometime this next week. We have changed our search a bit to include acreage with a house already on it- that seems like it might be a better option right now. We are still hoping for at least 30 acres, and some type of structure. We'll get ahold of you when we get down there if we decide to go ahead with the land option. Thanks!
