I saw some blue cards in the EU but they were from UK.

Not sure what the blue card/paper means - she got her first two at the community center and the booster at Kroger but they just gave her a piece of paper

Most people get just piece of paper/card. Like the one on the link I posted. She should get some confirmation for her booster shot, though. Did you call Kroger?

I was hoping for a response from people that actually live there and were vaccinated there - as I said it was a community center mass vax site.
