Need some advice for my friend...she is currently a renter in Palm Beach Gardens. She's thinking about purchasing a townhome in the area. I don't know much about the townhome communities here. Any advice for her? I live near PGA commons and I'm somewhat familiar with Legends in Jupiter. Any other suggestions for her?

I live in legends, and its technically in PBG, even though its across the street from abacoa jupiter...great location.

For townhomes, it depends on her budget. Cielo which is across the street from legends is luxury townhomes starting at around 230k.

If you want cheaper than that, you want to look in abacoa probably greenwhich, antigua etc.
In palm beach gardens you have harbour oaks and like I said, cielo. Harbour oaks probably starts around 230k

If you give more information like her budget you will get better responses.

Great info. I'm not quite sure what her budget is to be perfectly honest. She started looking in Martin County (for single fam homes in the 250k range) but is now setting her sights on this area. I know there are less expensive areas in PBG from what I've heard but again, Im not as familiar with the area as I should be. My guess would be that she would be comfortable in the 200-230k range.
