My budget is very tight, I am wondering it is possible to buy a house/condon under $100,000 in West Palm Beach?

Default A cousin and her husband

bought at Whitehall, less than 100K 2 br 2 bath recently. It's in West palm beach. It's nice! I personally LOVE that area, surrounded by greens.

Yeap, very possible. Lots of condos available. Before you take the plunge, however, consult with us first, to make sure you're going to be in a desirable area.

You can definitely find something, keep in mind HOA's, taxes, etc. Even places like Whitehall have 300 or so a month have dues.
SO the more important question to ask yourself is what your monthly budget will allow for mortgage, taxes, hoa's, insurance (exterior insurance is usually included in most condos)
Figure in 2% for property taxes.
Also condos are fairly hard to get financed right now so if you aren't putting a large deposit you may want to focus on townhomes or single family homes.

No problem,
You'll probably want to look for a single family than. Keep in mind your insurance on a single family will be 100-150 a month in this price range depending on the home.
We're you planning on doing FHA financing? If so the search is a little tough, but you can find something if your are patient, and have a good agent.
