Excellent tenant holding out for a duplex or villa. (Boca Raton: apartment, rent)

I work in Boca Raton and am currently living in East Boynton.

I really, really, REALLY miss the privacy of not having neighbors coming and going at all hours and in various conditions. I'm in my late 20s and have been living alone (and paying rent without help and without incident) for the last 7 years.

I also have superior credit, A+ references, a stable work history, and have been told by past landlords that I'm an ideal tenant. My current landlord is really lobbying hard for me to stay, but I'm a really private person and there is just too much going on in the small apartment building where I've been for the last 2 1/2 years. I lead an extremely quiet lifestyle and have a habit of taking a sense personal ownership in the spaces I inhabit.

I'm looking for a cottage, duplex, or villa for less than $900/month. I know this doesn't sound like much, but I'd be willing to negotiate other terms in order to keep the monthly rate down.

If you have a property like this between Deerfield and Boynton, or if you know someone who does, please contact me! I really don't want to live in a cubbyhole anymore and I'm tired of hearing my upstairs neighbor flush the toilet at 3 am. Please help!
