Most everything in this area of SFL is crappier east of I95 until you get to the water, then everything is millions of dollars or keep going east over the bridge and then it's multiple millions. So sure technically all the way east of federal on the water I'm sure is nice, better be for the millions it costs and you are still right up next to not such great areas.

All the normal people tend to live west of I95.

I live in Boynton... can't say we ever go to Lake Worth for anything. We do go to Delray a lot. So strictly from a things to do perspective I think Delray or Boynton would be better. That being said I can't stand any of it. It is sooooo incredibly overcrowded now it's unbearable.

Well we have been in our new place in Lake Worth Beach for 30 days now. It is a fantastic, quiet, peaceful 3 bedroom apartment just east of Federal Hwy. Best place I've ever had, bright and cheery
With our own private parking and carport with fantastic central air conditioning and free electric and brand new washers and dryers. $1,750 per month on an annual lease No pet fee, either. Happiest I've ever been!

Then consider West Boynton or West Lake Worth. There's not much difference between the three along the FL Turnpike corridor.

Oh, I mentioned this thread to my wife yesterday while we were outside sitting in the shady carport
and she said it is 2 bedrooms, not 3. I was surprised for sure, but I guess it IS actually a 2 bedroom
place.
It is so large and lighted with the dining area and closet space I mistakenly thought it was 3
bedrooms.
Also, it is less than 2 miles drive or walk to the southeast public beach.

I still have a hard time believing this
especially with this
https://www.rentcafe.com/average-ren...fl/lake-worth/

and this
https://www.zumper.com/rent-research/lake-worth-fl

As of June 2023, the average rent for a 1-bedroom apartment in Lake Worth, FL is $1,650. This is a 3% increase compared to the previous year.
