Seasonal rental (foreclosure, rentals, condos)

Older couple with show dog (wheaton) looking for 3 month rental in golf community starting in december or january. Vrbo and hideaway have nothing.

Any good rental agents or realtors that specialize in this kind of thing? 4 have not returned calls. 2 bedroom preferred, not more than $2200 per month max and for that it would have to be perfect!

You will probably have to spend more for a seasonal rental in a golfing community. Might find a pre-foreclosure for that price. If you haven't already, check out craigslist. Might find a company that has several listings and could contact them.

Seasonal rentals usually start at 3000 a month and are for a min of 3 months. Another issue is the dog cause many condos don't allow them. One year I found my mom a rental on craigslist that was very short term and allowed her dog but it was a fluke. Be careful with craigslist though and I would never rent something unseen through that.
I would call a realtor in the area you want to rent and ask if they have anything. Most people have already booked seasonal rentals often a year in advance or at least by the summer but sometimes there are cancelations.

Dog is a well behaved show dog. Doesn't seem to matter.

Have increased budget to $3,000 to $3,200 for each of 3 months. Doesn't seem to matter.

Realtors do not return phone calls.
