Can you recommend a home insurance provider for the Palm Beach Gardens area? I am trying to help my friend who lives in PBG...I live in the NY area so I am not familar with the price of insurance in your area. The insurance is for a townhome/condo unit east of I-95. Thanks.

It is best to consult an agent that can shop many companies and get you the best deal.

Most condos will have exterior insurance as part of the monthly dues. Some townhomes due as well. She may still want interior though.

Yes, interior insurance is very important! Friend had a hot water heater leak above her unit and destroy her entire condo.
