Hello everyone, I've searched web sites for many months looking for the ultimate place to retire. I'll make this short and sweet, I like the Delray area but im not totally set on it. Basically im looking for a gated community that is not to old very active, great amenities fun people, not to far from the beach. im just looking for a nice house in a fun community with great people (Doesn't everone). Quick bio, blue collar worker from New York, married kids. Thank You.

Thank you for the reyply, so much to say just don't want to bore you with all the run on sentences. My fault for the bad info, i'm married with kids but we are looking for a place when we will be retired and the kids have moved on. Housing consists of something like a three bedroom ranch with a pool covered with a lanai small backyard not to exceed $250,000. Thanks again.

You may want to check out Winston Trails in West Lake Worth. Active all ages gated community on a public golf course with homes that will fit your price range nicely. 15-20 minutes to the beach.
