hearing and reading about the issues with construction / noise and also the high hoa fees with evergrene so are now wondering if , in that area, there are other developments similar to evergreen but without all the issues?

Divosta did a better job on planning and construction with their communities......but they are very cookie cutter plain.

and I have to just say here, we did look to buy here, there are several bids on the few properties (in our price range) available. I guess it's a pretty busy community. GEez, is it a sellers market again here???
